Reet Digital provides e-commerce development services, including but not limited to Salesforce Commerce Cloud development, Shopify development, project management, and quality assurance services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as requested
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Pay for services as outlined in your service agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, work product created specifically for you becomes your property upon full payment. Reet Digital retains ownership of any pre-existing materials, tools, or methodologies used in providing services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reet Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
